BLACK ROCKET

Start Here

We guide you through the details and handle the technology.

Before you begin

  • Business name, contact information, services, and service area
  • Logo and brand colors, if available
  • Photos and any existing website or content
  • Domain and access details, shared securely during onboarding — never passwords in a public form
  • Goals, website examples you like, and booking or contact needs

Your website will be ready for client review within 10 business days after onboarding is complete. We commit to having your website ready for client review within 10 business days after onboarding is complete. Onboarding is complete only after your agreement is signed, your deposit has cleared, your intake is complete, all required photos, content, materials, and access are received, and the onboarding call has aligned goals, content, and design. The clock does not start at inquiry, checkout, contract signature alone, or a partial intake. This is a ready-for-review timeline, not a launch date: launch follows your approval, remaining balance, and hosting setup, and revision requests can move the go-live date.
