Terms and Conditions

Provider: Illuminate Services, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Black Rocket. Business address: 999 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Suite 200, Naples, FL 34109. Client: the business and signer named at electronic signature.

Package: Black Rocket Launchpad. Deliverables: - Up to 5 pages (home, services, about, service area, contact) - Mobile-first layout built from a proven service-business template - Click-to-call button and quote/contact request form - Google Business Profile link and map embed - Basic on-page SEO (titles, descriptions, headings) - SSL certificate and domain connection - Managed hosting, security updates, and backups Anything not listed above is out of scope and requires a written change order.

Build fee: $1,295 total. - Deposit (50%): $647.50, due to begin. The deposit is nonrefundable. Work starts only after the deposit has cleared. - Balance (50%): $647.50, due after Client approves the site for launch and before it goes live. Hosting: $59/mo. The first month of hosting is included in the package. Client must maintain automatic payment for hosting. The first hosting charge of $59 occurs 30 days after hosting enrollment at launch and monthly thereafter. Payments are processed by Stripe. The site will not launch until the balance is paid and hosting is set up.

Provider will deliver the site ready for CLIENT REVIEW within 10 business days after ALL of the following are complete, received and confirmed by Provider: (a) this signed agreement; (b) cleared deposit; (c) complete intake form; (d) the onboarding call; and (e) all required materials, content and access, including logo, photos, service list, service area, hours, copy, domain/DNS access and any account access requested. The clock does not start at inquiry, purchase, contract signature alone, a partial intake, or before the onboarding call. Delays in client feedback, approvals, missing materials or access, and revision requests extend the timeline. Launch follows Client approval, balance payment and hosting setup; it is not part of the 10-business-day review commitment.

One (1) revision round is included before launch. A revision round is one consolidated set of in-scope feedback delivered together. Additional rounds or new scope are quoted separately in writing.

Client provides accurate content, has the rights to all materials supplied, and responds to review requests. If Provider receives no response from Client for 30 days, the project will pause. The project may resume when Client is ready, subject to Provider availability.

Upon full payment, Client owns its supplied content and the final site content. Provider retains its templates, code libraries and tools, and grants Client a license to use them as part of the site. Client retains ownership of its domain after termination. Domain connection is included in the package. If Client requests a website export or transfer, Provider will make it available where technically possible for a fee quoted to and approved by Client before transfer work begins.

Hosting has a minimum commitment of one (1) year from launch. Client may cancel hosting by giving 30 days' written notice; cancellation takes effect no earlier than the end of the initial one-year term. After the initial year, hosting continues month to month until cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Hosting requires automatic payment. If a hosting payment fails, Provider will notify Client and ask Client to update the payment source. Client has 15 days after that notice to resolve the failed payment. If it remains unresolved after 15 days, Provider may suspend hosting.

The deposit is nonrefundable. The final website balance and hosting fees are nonrefundable once paid, except if Black Rocket cannot deliver the agreed service.

Migration of an existing website or existing content is not included. Before migration work begins, it will be quoted separately based on the workload and must be approved by Client.

Support requests are acknowledged within 2 business days. Completion timing depends on the work involved. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding holidays. Provider does not guarantee search rankings, leads or revenue. Third-party service outages may affect website availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Provider's total liability arising under this agreement will not exceed the fees Client paid under this agreement.

This agreement is governed by Florida law. Any court proceeding concerning this agreement will be brought in an appropriate court located in Collier County, Florida.

Client agrees that typing its name and clicking to sign constitutes its electronic signature. The signed text, version and timestamp are recorded.
