What's included?
Every Black Rocket package includes a professionally built mobile-first website, managed hosting, domain connection, SSL, lead capture, foundational SEO, security updates, backups, and human support. Package size, revision rounds, and added services vary by tier.
How fast is launch?
We commit to having your website ready for client review within 10 business days after onboarding is complete. Onboarding is complete only after the signed agreement, cleared deposit, completed intake, all required photos, content, materials, and access, and onboarding-call alignment are confirmed. That is a review timeline, not a launch date. Launch follows your approval, remaining balance, and hosting setup.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. You own your domain and your content. Domain connection is included, and we configure DNS and SSL while keeping the domain under your name.
What does it cost monthly?
Launchpad is $1,295 total ($647.50 deposit to begin, $647.50 balance when your site is ready to launch) plus $59/mo managed hosting, with the first 30 days included. Stratosphere is $2,500 ($1,250 deposit, $1,250 balance) plus $99/mo, and You've Arrived is $5,000 ($2,500 deposit, $2,500 balance) plus $199/mo care and monitoring. The deposit is nonrefundable. The first month of hosting is included in your package. Hosting enrollment happens at launch, and the first monthly hosting charge is 30 days after enrollment. Hosting has a one-year minimum commitment; cancellation requires 30 days' written notice and takes effect no earlier than the end of the first year, after which hosting continues month to month. Pages: Launchpad up to 5, Stratosphere up to 10, You've Arrived up to 20. Revision rounds: Launchpad one, Stratosphere six, You've Arrived eight — a round is one consolidated set of in-scope feedback. Optional Professional Email Setup is a separate $199 one-time add-on.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. Launchpad includes ongoing support but no monthly website-editing allowance. Stratosphere includes up to 30 minutes of website edits each month. You've Arrived includes up to 60 minutes of website edits each month in place of Stratosphere's 30-minute allowance, not in addition to it. Unused time does not roll over, and larger changes are quoted separately before work begins. Support requests are acknowledged within 2 business days during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, excluding holidays; completion timing depends on the work involved. You've Arrived also includes a 30-minute strategy call every 3 months and a designated Black Rocket contact.
